Using audio and text journal entries, Monolog's AI/ML work to identify users' emotional and behavior trends, provide insights and encourage self-reflection. Monolog might tell you that you tend to be more anxious on the days that you don't workout, or that you have been speaking about your partner very negatively lately. In addition to personal analytics, Monolog also recommends mental wellness content based off of your interests, problems or inspirations.
